Publisher: Animate My Logo is created by Interactive Net Solutions. That’s the business name shown in Paddle checkout and in purchase emails/receipts.

We collect just enough data to run Animate My Logo, deliver purchases, and keep the service reliable. We don’t sell personal data.

What we collect

• Account basics: Your email address (for sign-in links and receipts), plus your current credits status.
• Purchases: Payments are processed by Paddle. We don’t store card details. Paddle shares back non-sensitive billing metadata (e.g., product, price, status) so we can credit your account.
• App usage: Export counts (to debit credits), basic feature usage, and a small on-device trial counter so we know when to show the paywall.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages, features, device types). It uses first-party cookies.
• Logs: Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, request/response info) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Cookies & local storage we set

• Session cookie (essential): keeps you signed in after using a magic link.
• Trial cookie (essential): a small first-party cookie that tracks free trial exports before we prompt to buy/subscribe.
• Analytics cookies (optional): Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to measure usage.
• Checkout cookies (essential for billing): Paddle may set cookies/local storage during checkout to run payments and prevent fraud.
• Theme preference (localStorage): we store your chosen light/dark theme as aml_theme on your device only.

How we use your data

• Authenticate with magic links and keep your account working.
• Track exports, apply credits, and fulfill purchases.
• Detect fraud/abuse and keep the service secure and stable.
• Understand which features are useful so we can improve the app (aggregate analytics).

How long we keep it

• Account & purchases: Kept while your account is active (and as required for records). We’ll delete on request, subject to legal/financial obligations.
• Server logs: Retained briefly for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics: Retained per our Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).

Who processes your data

• Paddle (payment processing and receipts).
• Google Analytics (usage analytics; first-party cookies).

Your data may be processed in the EU and/or the US by these providers under their terms.

Your choices

• You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the app still works.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.
• We only send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, purchase status).
