Refund Policy

Animate My Logo uses Paddle as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle processes payments, issues receipts/invoices, handles taxes, and evaluates refund requests.

Publisher: The app is created by Interactive Net Solutions. This is the business name you’ll see in Paddle checkout and purchase emails/receipts.

How to request a refund

• Use the “View receipt / Manage billing” link in your Paddle email receipt to reach Paddle’s customer support and submit a refund request.
• If you can’t find your receipt, contact us via the in-app Contact page with the purchase email and approximate date so we can locate the transaction.

General guidelines

Refunds are assessed case-by-case by Paddle and/or us, considering applicable consumer laws. Typical positive cases include:

• Accidental duplicate charge (same product/period).
• Unauthorized transaction.
• Unintended renewal with no recent usage and quick contact after the charge.

Credit packs & usage-based features

• Credits are generally non-refundable once used.
• For unused credit packs purchased in error, contact us promptly; we’ll review fairly.

Fair use & abuse

We may decline or limit refunds in cases of repeated refunds, abuse, or excessive consumption prior to requesting a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Bank processing times vary by provider.

Chargebacks

If something’s wrong, please contact us or Paddle first. We can usually resolve quicker than a card dispute.
